About the Opportunity
Manoenil Group, a Canada-headquartered professional services firm, is expanding its global accounting, audit support, and advisory capabilities.
As part of this strategic growth, we are building a high-performance execution team in India to deliver audit support and financial reporting services to both domestic and international clients.
We are seeking a high-calibre Chartered Accountant (5–7+ years of experience) from a reputed firm who is ready to step into a high-ownership, high-visibility role—combining technical excellence, direct client exposure, and participation in a growing global portfolio.
This role is ideal for professionals who have trained in structured environments (Big 6 / leading CA firms) and are now looking for greater responsibility, faster career progression, and a direct link between performance and earnings.
Role Overview
Title: Execution Partner – Audit Support Services
Location: Mumbai
Reporting To: Partner
You will lead audit support and financial reporting assignments for Indian and international clients, ensuring high-quality, audit-ready deliverables while collaborating closely with client teams and external auditors.
In addition, you will play an active role in client portfolio management and practice growth, with meaningful participation in the value you help create.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of audit support and advisory engagements
- Prepare and review financial statements and audit documentation
- Coordinate with statutory auditors and client finance teams
- Apply and review accounting frameworks including:
- Ind AS
- IFRS
- US GAAP
- Support clients with audit readiness and internal financial controls
- Manage and grow client engagement portfolios
- Contribute to practice development and client relationship management

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 5–7+ years of experience with a reputed CA firm
- Background in Big 6 / large professional services firms preferred
- Strong technical expertise in either:

- Audit & financial reporting standards
- Ability to independently manage engagements and interact with clients
